Letters of Understanding and Agreement
Find other current letters of understanding at the end of Collective Agreements. Letters of Understanding (LoUs), Letters of Agreement (LoAs), Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), and Memoranda of Agreement (MoAs) constitute agreements between AUArts and AUAFA that may add to, clarify, or provide specificity to the Collective Agreement. Often, they are temporary and are therefore only included as appendices to the Collective Agreement. Other times, they are agreed to outside of negotiations and not included in the Collective Agreement at all. However, they hold just as much weight.
